I can help you to unwind and relax from the day to day stress and tension each of us feels.It is my hope that each of you takes away a feeling

upliftment and relaxation at the end of reading these pages.
I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, I also teach Crystal Reiki healing, Meditation
and visualisation classes.
I have a small but exclusive home practice which incorporates
Reiki, Meditation, Spirit Communication and Development.
Please keep
looking at the information page on a regular basis as teaching courses for Reiki and Crystal Reiki will always be announced here.
Throughout
the year Reiki Share evenings will be held in aid of Charity, these dates will also be placed on the information page.
For those who are wishing to start meditation I hold a beginners
class every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month at
Welwyn Garden City Spiritualist Church in Welwyn Garden City, Herts.
Doors open
at 7.30pm for a prompt 7.45pm start.
We finish at 9pm. Admission is £2.00.
Each meditation is helped with gentle music playing in the background to get the
best visualisation and relaxation that each person requires.
